Pensacola Bay Center offers twelve versatile meeting rooms, four pre-function areas, and over 20,000 square feet of arena floor space. Our meeting rooms and arena floor offer excellent facility space to host your trade shows, conventions, exhibits, lectures, seminars, banquets, award ceremonies, and wedding receptions. Rooms may be used separately or combined to create a variety of customized settings and all rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting and dimmable lights We roll out the welcome mat for your special event. We make it a point to provide everything your heart desires. Our friendly atmosphere, delicious full service, in-house catering and southern hospitality keep our friends coming back again and again. We take pride in making you feel welcome in our home.
Our meeting services department will be on hand throughout our event to help you with move-in, move-out and any of your last minute requests. Our event coordinator will assist you in any planning arrangements such as setting up your room, staffing, and placing orders for audio-visual and telephone equipment that you may need.
