Cheer Finals


Performance Orders:

  • The performance order will be made available on the Wednesday prior to the event.

Parking & Entrance: 

  • Parking will be available in the venue parking lot for $10 CASH ONLY
  • Doors to the venue will open at 7 AM. Please use the Gate B Entrance to enter the building.

Spectator Information:

  • We’ve expanded digital ticketing this year to provide better visibility into spectators attending our events. This means that you should expect that we will NOT sell physical tickets at the door or take cash for admittance at any Varsity All Star competitions. Spectators purchasing tickets will need a valid email address and a credit card number. They will receive a digital ticket that can be scanned upon entry. Please use the “Buy Tickets” link to secure spectator tickets.

Venue Information: Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

  • No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
  • Only small purses/hand-held clutches/clear bags (no larger than 12x5x12) will be allowed. All bags will be checked by the venue security staff before entering the building. *Exception, athletes and coaches may bring non-clear bags but are subject to search by the venue security. 
  • Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the arena.
  • No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine.

Concessions & Vendors: 

  • Concessions will be available throughout the venue.
  • Event Merchandise will be available on concourse level.
  • RT Productions will be providing action shots of your team throughout the weekend. To view these photos, please visit

Division Splits:

  • D1/D2 division splits will be offered per the USASF split guidelines and will follow the USASF split guidelines by team size.

Registration & Check-In: 

  • Program check in is located at Gate A entrance and will open starting at 7am.
  • You must register a minimum of 30 minutes PRIOR to your assigned warm-up time.
  • Please bring the following items to registration:
    • USASF Rosters/ ID (All Star)
    • USASF Compliance Cover Sheet (All Star) or USA Cheer Proof of Membership (Rec)
    • Rec Verification Form (Rec)
    • Waiver Forms PER ATHLETE & PER COACH (School & Rec)
    • Proof of music license (All performances)
  • At this time, you will sign all necessary Bid Intentions.


  • Please check in to warm up no less than 10 mins prior to your warm-up time
  • Everyone entering the warm-up room, and not in uniform, must be wearing their USASF/USA Cheer approved wristband.
  • Each team will receive the following warm up times:
    • 6 Mins on a 12’X60’ Spring floor (Tumble Track)
    • 6 Mins on a 12’X60’ Spring floor (Tumble Track)
    • 6 Mins on a 42’X54’ Foam floor (Full Mat)


  • Scoresheets will be sent to the email attached to the team or registration contact approximately 15-20 minutes after performance. Paper copies will be available upon request at the scoresheet table. *The coaches attached to your teams will receive their team’s scoresheets at the event ONLY if their email AND mobile phone number is added and correct on the portal account. 
  • AccuScore is located at Judges Riser. Any requests for review must be submitted within 10 minutes after the scoresheets have been emailed. The AccuScore END time will be printed on the top right corner of the scoresheet.
  • Results will be available for coaches in the Event BAND, following awards.


  • Awards will take place at performance hall. Please check the final schedule for exact division/session times.
  • All athletes will receive a Participant Medal
  • All 4th and below teams will receive a Team Finalist Banner
  • All 2nd – 3rd place teams will receive Team Placement Banner
  • Champion Teams will receive a Team Banner and a Team Trophy
  • ALL Champion Athletes will receive a US Finals Jacket
  • All teams that HIT ZERO will receive Hit Zero Buttons
