Pensacola Bay Center is proud to host executive chef, Robert Pettway. Robert brings over 18 years of experience and came to us by way of the Gulf – Chan’s Gulfside Restaurant to be exact. Specializing in West Indies cuisine, Robert brings island flair to the venue. In addition to overseeing catering for meeting rooms and events at Pensacola Bay Center, Robert and his staff cook for the stars who entertain the Gulf Coast at the Pensacola Bay Center.
