There are several convenient ways to purchase tickets to attend events at Pensacola Bay Center.

Box Office

The Box Office is open: 
Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. 
Saturday & Sunday--Event Days Only: Box office will open at Noon or at least 30 minutes before doors, whichever is earlier.

• Public Ice Skating events--box office will open at 1:00pm

Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. 

The box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

It is located on the west side of the Pensacola Bay Center, with parking accessible via Alcaniz Street. During many events, an additional ticket office is open on the east side of the facility's upper level for ticket sales only.
