VENUE CAPACITIES

  • All events hosted at the venue will take place with capacities in line with local and state governmental guidance requirements and APPROVED by local Fire Marshal.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

  • Patrons are RECOMMENDED to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face masks

HAND SANITIZING

  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizers and signage identifying these locations have been INSTALLED throughout the building in high touch point areas to include, but not limited to, points of entry, concourses, restrooms, elevators, concessions, meeting rooms, locker rooms and other areas of high usage
  • Working personnel will be exercising proper hygiene by washing hands and using hand sanitizer with regular frequency prior to, during and after the work shift

ENHANCED SCREENING

  • Patrons are NOT required to go through enhanced screening, but ADVISED to not attend events at the venue IF they have been exposed to or show symptoms of COVID-19
  • Touchless Screening is REQUIRED by the Event Staff at screening check points and further screening may be required.
  • Refusal of admittance will be outlined by promoter & venue.

CLEANING

  • INCREASED frequency of cleaning high touch point areas to include, but not limited to, ticketing windows, arena doors, screening stations, ATM’s, credit card terminals, restrooms, elevators, concessions counters, meeting rooms, locker rooms and other areas of high usage
  • ADDITIONAL sanitizing measures have been added BEFORE and AFTER each event
  • Cleaning products are included in the U.S. EPA’s Emerging Pathogen Policy for effective cleaning disinfectants

GUEST REMINDERS

  • Entry Signage has been added throughout the entry points of the venue to ADVISE patrons against attending an event, if a patron has traveled outside of the county, have had a fever within the last 14 days or have been in contact with someone who was COVID-19 positive
  • Venue Signage has been added throughout the venue to DISPLAY current health advisories for proper hygiene, ways to reduce the spread of germs, recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) and social distancing
  • Floor Signage has been installed on throughout the venue to IDENTIFY proper social distancing guidance in the areas of ticketing, points of entry, concourses, restrooms, concessions, elevators and other areas of high usage
