Pensacolabaycenter.com or ticketmaster.com are the only official websites for tickets to our events.
Tickets may be charged by phone by calling Ticketmaster at the following number: 1-800-745-3000
The Box Office is open: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday--Event Days Only: Box office will open at Noon or at least 30 minutes before doors, whichever is earlier.
Evening, weekend and holiday hours vary according to event schedules. The box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
It is located on the west side of the Pensacola Bay Center, with parking accessible via Alcaniz Street. During many events, an additional ticket office is open on the east side of the facility's upper level for ticket sales only.
